Due to the replacement of a POS terminal device at the Administrative service center (ASC) of the Regional administration Vidin and given the deadlines of the servicing bank for the execution of the order, until February 14th, 2025 inclusive, service users will not have the opportunity to pay with a bank card on site at the ASC.
