The Week “Europe- Bulgaria”- series of cultural and informational events, related with the five years of Bulgaria\'s membership in the EU that will be held across the country between 1st to 7th of December 2012. 
The campaign is organized by the Council of Ministers and the National Library on the occasion of the five years of Bulgaria\'s membership in the European Union. 
European Week takes place within the Work Program 2012 of the Communication Strategy of the Republic of Bulgaria for the European Union. 
In Vidin district the Week \"Europe - Bulgaria\" will be held under the patronage of the Regional Governor of Vidin Eng. Tsvetan Asenov. 
From 1st to 7th of December on the territory of Vidin will be held concerts, exhibitions, quizzes, competitions, lectures and debates on European issues. 
The cultural and informational events in the municipalities of Vidin region are organized with the support of the Regional Expert Consultation Information Center \"Library\" - Vidin, Municipality Vidin, Drama Theatre - Vidin, RIO Ministry of Education and Science - Vidin Youth Parliament – Vidin, Regional Information center - Vidin, Directorate \"Labor\" - Vidin. 
The opening of the Week \"Europe-Bulgaria\" in Vidin region will be on 1st of December, 2012 from 11:00 AM in Drama Theatre – Vidin, celebrated with Gala Concert of Library “Tsviat- 1870” - Vidin and Library \"Samoobrazovanie- 1927 \"- Kapitanovtsi village.
