Today we celebrate the International Day of People with Disabilities

The Deputy Regional Governor of Vidin region Mrs. Elka Georgieva was a guest of the celebration on 3rd of December- International Day of Persons with Disabilities, organized by the Municipal Organization of the Disabled - Vidin. 
Mrs Georgieva gave a congratulatory address from the name of the Regional Governor of Vidin region to the President of the organization - Mr. Vanyo Dikov. 
“It is a duty for all of us to ease your hard everyday life and to reach out with understanding and warmth. All together we must seek ways to create equal opportunities for your personal and professional fulfillment \"- it is said in the congratulatory message.
