Mrs. Ani Arutyunyan congratulated the management, teachers and graduates of the oldest Vidin high school. "Today is an occasion for pride and gratitude to the generations of teachers who, with great dedication and inspiration, have built the spirit and authority of the educational institution. I also extend my greetings to all former and current students, thanks to whose knowledge and skills the history of the school continues to be written," said the regional governor in his greeting and presented a congratulatory address to the director, Mrs. Irena Garkova.
Dressed in a Bulgarian folk costume, Mrs. Arutyunyan also joined the procession - part of the school's celebration - the traditional spring carnival for elementary school students.
For the 143rd anniversary of the oldest Vidin high school, outstanding students were awarded for achieving prizes in competitions and olympiads, as well as for active participation in school events.
