The Deputy regional governor of Vidin, Mrs. Irena Nikolova, attended the official ceremony on the occasion of the beginning of the academic year 2025/2026 and the graduation of the sixth class of the Vidin branch of the university of Ruse at the "Jules Paskin" Cultural center.
The Deputy regional governor delivered a congratulatory address on behalf of the Regional governor, Mrs. Ani Arutyunyan, to the administrative director of the higher educational institution, Momchil Stankov. “I believe that with the acquired knowledge and skills, based on high-quality European education, broad and worthy opportunities for professional and personal realization will open before You. May Your experience and knowledge lead you to ever broader goals and successful endeavors,” reads the address to the graduates and first-year students of the branch of the university of Ruse “Angel Kanchev” in Vidin.
A total of 73 graduates received their higher education diplomas this year, and 126 freshmen are entering the new academic year.
