The Managing authority of the INTERREG VI-A Romania-Bulgaria Programme and the Ministry of regional development and public works, which is the National authority of the programme, are launching a public consultation to identify the priorities and development needs of the cross-border region within the next programming period from 2028 to 2034.
Through an online questionnaire with 29 questions, stakeholders have the opportunity to share their views on the thematic areas in which future funding would have the greatest impact. Representatives of public authorities, businesses, the non-governmental sector, academia and all interested parties can participate in the consultations.
The main topics in the questionnaire include economic development, innovation, environmental protection, connectivity, social inclusion and cross-border cooperation.
The opinions and suggestions received will be used in the preparation of the future INTERREG Romania-Bulgaria Programme 2028-2034, with the aim of it responding as much as possible to the real needs of the communities and stakeholders in the cross-border region.
